.DISCUSSION... WINDY CONDITIONS ACROSS THE FOUR STATE REGION WILL
SUBSIDE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING AS SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE CENTER SHIFTS TO NEAR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST AND THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES. OVERNIGHT AND INTO WEDNESDAY AS THE
SURFACE HIGH SHIFTS EAST THE WINDS WILL BECOME NEARLY CALM OR
LIGHT AND VARIABLE... THE BECOME MORE SOUTHERLY AROUND THE BACK
SIDE OF THE SYSTEM. DEW POINTS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE ON
WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY UNTIL THE NEXT COLD FRONT ARRIVES AND
LOWERS THEM AGAIN. WINDS WILL NOT BE STRONG AND GUSTY AS OF LATE
FOR THE REST OF THIS WEEK. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR RAINFALL WILL COME
DURING THE LATE PART OF THE WEEKEND.
