REGION...WITH A CHANCE FOR WINTRY PRECIPITATION...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS THE ARKLAMISS DELTA AREA. PRECIPITATION WILL END THURSDAY
MORNING...WITH DRY CONDITIONS CONTINUING INTO FRIDAY. WIDESPREAD
FOG WILL BE AN ISSUE THROUGH PART OF THIS MORNING...AND AREAS OF
FOG WILL AGAIN BE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.
