AFTERNOON RH VALUES WERE SEEN ACROSS SW ARKANSAS...WHERE TWENTY
FOOT WIND VALUES REMAINED JUST BELOW RED FLAG CRITERIA. DRY
WEATHER WILL CONTINUE IN THE COMING DAYS WITH MINIMUM AFTERNOON
RH VALUES LESS THAN 30 PERCENT FORECAST ON TUESDAY. WINDS WILL BE
A BIT LIGHTER ON TUESDAY...AND ALTHOUGH WILD FIRE DANGER MAY
REMAIN ELEVATED IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT RED FLAG CRITERIA WILL BE
