20 Yr Service Award

Mr. Benny Inman of Des Arc, Arkansas has been a cooperative observer for the National Weather Service for 20 years.  He has collected river readings along the White River, with his measurements supporting river forecast efforts of the National Weather Service.  These measurements are also sent to the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, North Carolina and eventually published to become a part of the permanent record of the world's weather.

For his efforts, Mr. Inman received a 20 Year Length-of-Service Award in October, 2002.
