Two weak tornadoes (rated EF1) were spawned in Lonoke County on 02/24/2011. Radar indicated a few areas of rotation, and there were isolated tornadoes spawned. Damage surveys confirmed two weak (rated EF1) tornadoes in Lonoke County.

Another tornado (rated EF1) tracked from west of Paron (Saline County) to southwest of Wye (Perry County).  A weak tornado (rated EF1) affected portions of Perry, Pulaski and Saline Counties on 02/24/2011.

Forty eight hour rainfall through 600 am CST on 02/25/2011. In portions of northeast Arkansas, two to more than four inches of rain fell.

Forty eight hour rainfall through 600 am CST on the 25th included 6.65 inches of rain at Black Rock (Lawrence County), 4.63 at the Batesville Lock and Dam (Independence County), 4.30 inches at Corning (Clay County), 4.20 inches at Paragould (Greene County) and 3.70 inches at Greers Ferry Dam (Cleburne County). Forty eight hour rainfall through 600 am CST on 02/25/2011.

This much rain covered roads with water in Batesville (Independence County), with flooding in places along U.S. Highway 167 all the way to Cave City (Sharp County). Water flowed into houses near Pfeiffer (Independence County).

The Black River at Black Rock (Lawrence County) climbed from 6 feet to 15 feet in 12 hours (the flood stage is 14 feet). Leading up to the event, the river was flowing around 2 to 3 feet.
