THE COMBINATION OF A SLOW-MOVING FRONTAL BOUNDARY...SEVERAL UPPER
LEVEL SYSTEMS MOVING THROUGH...AND AN EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH AMOUNT OF
MOISTURE ALLOWED FOR SEVERAL ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
OVER ARKANSAS THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. THE STORMS PRODUCED HEAVY
RAINFALL...AND SERIOUS FLASH FLOODING IN PORTIONS OF THE STATE.
