THIS IS THE SECOND HIGHEST CREST SINCE THE RESERVOIRS WERE COMPLETED.
DECEMBER 3, 1982 CREST WAS 29.3 FEET AT THIS GAGE LOCATION. THESE
DATA ARE NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE DATA THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY
COLLECTED AT THE LOCK STAFF GAGE WHICH WAS LOCATED 1/4 MILE
DOWNSTREAM.

THIS CREST APPEARS TO HAVE TIED THE DECEMBER 5, 1982 CREST.  THESE

UPSTREAM RESERVOIRS WERE COMPLETED.
