* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN PULASKI COUNTY IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* THE GREATEST THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING IS IN NORTHERN PARTS OF 
  NORTH LITTLE ROCK...SHERWOOD...GRAVEL RIDGE...AND JACKSONVILLE.
  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES MORE THAN TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAIN
  HAS FALLEN IN ONE HOUR IN THE AREA FROM SHERWOOD TO NEAR           
  JACKSONVILLE. THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE IN THE AREA
  MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 10 MPH.   
  

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER DEPTH
MAY BE TOO GREAT FOR SAFE PASSAGE. IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT TWO FEET OF
MOVING WATER TO CARRY A VEHICLE DOWNSTREAM.
