OCTOBER SAW...ON AVERAGE MUCH COOLER TEMPERATURES. THERE WERE
SEVERAL WARM PERIODS DURING THE MONTH WITH HIGHS IN THE 70S AND 80S.
HOWEVER...THE BIGGER INFLUENCE WAS THE COOLER WEATHER FROM THE
6TH-8TH AND 26TH-29TH. HIGH TEMPERATURES DURING THE 6TH-8TH WERE
SOME OF THE COOLEST OCTOBER HIGHS RECORDED IN THE LAST TWO DECADES.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...

THE AVERAGE HIGH AND MONTHLY TEMPERATURES WERE THE COOLEST SINCE
2009. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BELOW NORMAL...THE AVERAGE LOW WAS THE
WARMEST SINCE 2010.
