THERE WERE SEVERAL PERIODS OF WARM AND COOL WEATHER THROUGHOUT THE
MONTH. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT STORY WAS PROBABLY THE LOW
TEMPERATURES...WHICH WERE THE COOLEST IN NEARLY THIRTY YEARS.

THE FIRST FREEZE OF THE SEASON CAME ON NOVEMBER 13TH...WHICH IS
THREE DAYS LATER THAN THE AVERAGE FIRST FREEZE DATE. IT WAS ALSO THE
EARLIEST FIRST FREEZE SINCE 2010.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE AND MONTHLY TEMPERATURES WERE THE
COOLEST SINCE 2008. HOWEVER...WHAT WAS MORE SIGNIFICANT WAS THE
