.SUMMARY...
NOVEMBER STARTED OUT ON A WARM NOTE...WITH READINGS TOPPING OUT IN
THE 70S AND 80S DURING THE FIRST FEW DAYS. HOWEVER...A COLD FRONT
BROUGHT TEMPERATURES DOWN TO BELOW NORMAL LEVELS BY THE 4TH. THERE
WERE PERIODIC WARMUPS AND COOLDOWNS DURING THE MONTH... AND EVEN
WITH ALL OF THE WARM TEMPERATURES. THE MONTH STILL ENDED UP BEING
BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE TEMPERATURE...AND THE COOLEST IN FOUR
YEARS. MORE SURPRISINGLY...LOW TEMPERATURES DURING THE MONTH WERE
THE COOLEST IN 17 YEARS.

THE FIRST FREEZE OF THE SEASON OCCURRED ON NOVEMBER 13TH...WHICH IS
THE AVERAGE FIRST FREEZE DATE FOR LITTLE ROCK. IT WAS THE EARLIEST
SINCE 2010. BARRING ANY SHORT-LIVED DRAMATIC WARMUPS DURING
DECEMBER. THE LAST 80-DEGREE DAY OCCURRED ON NOVEMBER 3RD...WHICH
IS THE EARLIEST SINCE 2009.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE COOLEST SINCE 2008. THE AVERAGE
