BEING FROM THE 10TH THROUGH 14TH. ON THE 20TH...TEMPERATURES EVEN
MADE IT IN TO THE LOWER 70S. HOWEVER...LOW TEMPERATURES DURING THE
MONTH WERE THE COLDEST IN NEARLY THREE DECADES. IN FACT...ON THE
7TH...LITTLE ROCK RECORDED THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE SINCE FEBRUARY
