CONTINUED THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH...WHEN READINGS WARMED
AGAIN. FOLLOWING PASSAGE OF A STRONG FRONTAL BOUNDARY...COOLER
TEMPERATURES RETURNED BY THE 23RD...WITH THESE CONTINUING INTO THE
LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH. WARMING WAS AGAIN NOTED TOWARD THE END OF
THE MONTH...BUT ANOTHER STRONG FRONT BROUGHT TEMPERATURES BACK BELOW
NORMAL FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS.

RAINFALL FOR THE MONTH WAS ABOVE NORMAL...WHICH ACTUALLY PUSHED THE
YEARLY RAINFALL TOTAL ABOVE NORMAL FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2011. IT
WAS ALSO THE WETTEST DECEMBER SINCE 2011.

EVEN THOUGH SNOWFALL WAS MUCH LESS THAN LAST YEAR...IT WAS STILL
ABOVE NORMAL FOR THE MONTH.
