NORMAL. THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW WITH ABOVE NORMAL RAINFALL.

IT WAS THE SNOWIEST YEAR SINCE 1978...AND THE 9TH SNOWIEST YEAR
ON RECORD.

ON JANUARY 8TH...THE LOW OF 2 WAS THE COOLEST TEMPERATURE RECORDED AT
HARRISON SINCE DECEMBER 22ND OF 2000. THERE WERE SIX DAYS IN THE
MONTH WITH LOWS BELOW 10 DEGREES...WHICH WAS THE MOST IN ONE MONTH
SINCE DECEMBER 2000...AND THE MOST IN A YEAR SINCE 2000.

FROM JANUARY 2ND THROUGH JANUARY 8TH...THE TEMPERATURE STAYED BELOW
FREEZING. THESE EIGHT DAYS WERE THE MOST TIME BELOW FREEZING SINCE
LATE DECEMBER OF 2000 AND EARLY JANUARY 2001...AND THE 8TH LONGEST
PERIOD OF CONSECUTIVE DAYS AT OR BELOW FREEZING ON RECORD.
