            MINIMUM FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 51 DEGREES
            SET IN 1997.

JANUARY 3...THE RAINFALL OF 1.18 INCHES BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE
            MOST RAINFALL ON THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 0.45
            INCHES IN 1982.

JANUARY 4...THE HIGH OF 69 DEGREES TIED THE RECORD HIGH FOR THE DATE
            FIRST SET IN 2004. THE LOW OF 62 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD
            FOR THE HIGHEST MINIMUM FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD

FEBRUARY...IT WAS THE WARMEST FEBRUARY SINCE 2000 AND THE 6TH
           WARMEST FEBRUARY SINCE 1978 AND THE FIRST TIME SINCE
           2001 THAT FEBRUARY WAS WARMER THAN NORMAL. THERE WERE
           NO TEMPERATURES BELOW 30 DEGREES IN FEBRUARY FOR THE
           FIRST TIME SINCE 1997. IT WAS THE DRIEST FEBRUARY
           SINCE 2002 AND THE 10TH TO DRIEST FEBRUARY SINCE 1978.
           IT WAS THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2000 THERE WAS NO SNOW AT
           ALL IN FEBRUARY.

FEBRUARY 1...THE DAILY TEMPERATURE RANGE OF 3 DEGREES (HIGH 40
             LOW 37) WAS THE SMALLEST DAILY TEMPERATURE RANGE OF
             THE YEAR.

FEBRUARY 14...THE HIGH OF 73 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD HIGH FOR
              THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 71 DEGREES IN
              1990.

FEBRUARY 15...THE HIGH OF 78 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD HIGH FOR
              THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 75 DEGREES IN
              2000.

FEBRUARY 21...THE LOW OF 53 DEGREES TIED THE RECORD HIGH MINIMUM
              FOR THE DATE WHICH WAS FIRST SET IN 1981.

MARCH...IT WAS THE COOLEST MARCH SINCE 2002 AND THE THIRD STRAIGHT
        YEAR THERE WAS NO SNOW IN MARCH.

MARCH 12...THE HIGH OF 82 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD HIGH FOR THE DATE.

APRIL 24...THE LOW OF 40 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD LOW FOR THE
           DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 42 DEGREES SET IN
           1995. THE HIGH OF 63 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD FOR
           THE LOWEST MAXIMUM FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD
           WAS 66 DEGREES SET IN 1983 AND TIED IN 1988 AND

MAY...IT WAS THE COOLEST MAY SINCE 1997 AND THE FIRST TIME IN

       NORMAL. IT WAS THE 5TH TO WARMEST AND 7TH TO DRIEST JUNE
       SINCE 1978.

JUNE 23...THE TEMPERATURE REACHED 95 DEGREES FOR THE FIRST TIME
          FOR THE YEAR.

JULY...IT WAS THE COOLEST AND WETTEST JULY SINCE 1996.

JULY 1...THE RAINFALL OF 1.50 INCHES BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE MOST
         RAINFALL FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 0.82 INCHES
         SET IN 1982.

JULY 6...THE RAINFALL OF 2.69 INCHES SHATTERED THE RECORD FOR THE
         MOST RAINFALL ON THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 0.30
         INCHES SET IN 1989. IT WAS ALSO THE MOST RAINFALL FOR
         ONE DAY DURING THE YEAR.

JULY 25...THE LOW OF 78 DEGREES TIED THE RECORD FOR THE HIGHEST
          MINIMUM FOR THE DATE WHICH WAS FIRST SET IN 1999 AND
          TIED IN 2001.

AUGUST...IT WAS THE 7TH TO WARMEST AUGUST SINCE 1978 AND THE 7TH
         OUT OF THE LAST 8 AUGUSTS TO BE ABOVE NORMAL ON
         TEMPERATURE. IT WAS THE WETTEST AUGUST SINCE 1997 AND
         THE FIRST TIME SINCE THEN RAINFALL IN AUGUST HAS BEEN
         ABOVE NORMAL. IT WAS ALSO THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1997
         THAT THERE WERE TWO DAYS IN AUGUST WITH AT LEAST ONE
         INCH OF RAIN.

AUGUST 12...THE TEMPERATURE REACHED 100 DEGREES FOR THE FIRST
            TIME FOR THE YEAR. THIS TIED THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
            FOR THE YEAR.

AUGUST 14...THE RAINFALL OF 0.40 INCHES BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE
            MOST RAINFALL ON THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS
            0.27 INCHES SET IN 2002.

AUGUST 19...THE LOW OF 79 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE HIGHEST
            MINIMUM FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 78 DEGREES
            SET IN 1980 AND TIED IN 2002 AND 2003. IT ALSO TIED FOR
            THE HIGHEST MINIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE YEAR.

AUGUST 20...THE LOW OF 79 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE
            HIGHEST MINIMUM FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD
            WAS 78 DEGREES SET IN 1993. IT ALSO TIED FOR THE HIGHEST
            MINIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE YEAR.

AUGUST 21...THE TEMPERATURE REACHED 100 DEGREES FOR THE SECOND AND
            LAST TIME FOR THE YEAR. THIS TIED THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
            FOR THE YEAR.

AUGUST 23...THE RAINFALL OF 1.69 INCHES BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE
            MOST RAINFALL ON THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS
            0.65 INCHES SET IN 1989. IT WAS ALSO THE MOST RAINFALL
            ON ONE DAY IN AUGUST SINCE AUGUST 18 1997.

AUGUST 25...THE LOW OF 77 DEGREES TIED THE RECORD FOR THE HIGHEST
            MINIMUM FOR THE DATE WHICH WAS FIRST SET IN 1978 AND
            TIED IN 1998 AND 2004.

AUGUST 26...THIS WAS THE 28TH STRAIGHT DAY WITH A HIGH TEMPERATURE

             1997. THE TRACE OF SNOW WAS THE FIRST TIME ANY SNOW HAS
             FALLEN ON THE DATE AND WAS THE FIRST SNOW OF ANY
             KIND FOR THE YEAR AND WAS THE FIRST SNOW FOR THE
             2005-06 SEASON.

DECEMBER 8...THE HIGH OF 32 DEGREES WAS THE ONLY TIME DURING THE
             YEAR THE HIGH TEMPERATURE FAILED TO RISE ABOVE FREEZING
             AND OF COURSE WAS THE LOWEST MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR
             THE YEAR. IT WAS THE FIRST HIGH TEMPERATURE
             BELOW 40 DEGREES FOR THE SEASON. IT ALSO BROKE THE
             RECORD FOR THE LOWEST MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE DATE.
             THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 37 DEGREES SET IN 1978. THE LOW
             OF 21 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD
             LOW TEMPERATURE FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS
             24 DEGREES SET IN 1978. THE 0.1 INCHES
             OF SNOW WAS THE FIRST AND ONLY MEASURABLE SNOWFALL FOR
             2005 AND WAS THE FIRST MEASURABLE SNOWFALL FOR THE
             2005-06 SEASON. IT ALSO BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE MOST
             SNOWFALL ON THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS A TRACE
             SET IN 1978 AND TIED IN 1988 AND 1989.

DECEMBER 9...THE LOW OF 15 DEGREES WAS THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE
             OF THE YEAR.

DECEMBER 27...THE HIGH OF 73 DEGREES BROKE THE RECORD HIGH
              TEMPERATURE FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 70
              DEGREES SET IN 1988. IT WAS THE LAST TIME THE
              TEMPERATURE REACHED 70 DEGREES FOR THE YEAR.
