LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE SOUTH PLAINS AREA
LATE TONIGHT AND EXIT THE REGION FRIDAY AFTERNOON. ACCUMULATIONS
OF 1 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH SOME LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS
POSSIBLE...MAINLY ACROSS THE FAR SOUTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE. A
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED.
