THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

CONVECTIVE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE SOUTH PLAINS REGION TODAY
AND TONIGHT. THE BEST THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL FAVOR THE SOUTHERN
TEXAS PANHANDLE THIS MORNING...EXPANDING TO INCLUDE THE SOUTH PLAINS
AND ROLLING PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON...WITH ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY
POTENTIALLY LINGERING THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. THE STRONGEST
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS
AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL THAT MAY RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING OF POOR
DRAINAGE AND LOW-LYING AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY
ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED ACROSS
THE AREA TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. THE SEVERE POTENTIAL WITH THIS
ACTIVITY IS SMALL...HOWEVER....STRONG WIND GUSTS...SMALL HAIL AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE POSSIBLE.
