THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THE THREAT OF WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY
INTO THURSDAY...WITH THE GREATEST THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER
OCCURRING FROM LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
STORMS THAT DEVELOP INITIALLY WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS...LARGE HAIL...AND ISOLATED TORNADOES...WHILE
THE THREAT FOR DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND LARGE HAIL WILL LAST INTO
THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT AS A COMPLEX OF STORMS MOVES THROUGH.
HEAVY RAIN WILL ALSO BE A THREAT...LIKELY PRODUCING LOCALIZED
FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND NEAR THE STEEP TERRAIN ALONG
THE CAPROCK ESCARPMENT.
