THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

FLOODING

SLOW-MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE WESTERN SOUTH
PLAINS THIS MORNING WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL. THIS MAY RESULT IN EXCESSIVE RUNOFF AND MINOR FLOODING OF
POOR DRAINAGE AND LOW LYING AREAS. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY
THIS EVENING INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS MAY ALSO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL...MAINLY ACROSS THE FAR SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA
WEDNESDAY. THE SEVERE POTENTIAL WITH THIS ACTIVITY IS RELATIVE LOW
THOUGH STRONG WIND GUSTS...SMALL HAIL AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE MOST INTENSE ACTIVITY.
