PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WINTER WEATHER

COLDER AIR AND INCREASING CHANCES OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL GREET
WEST TEXAS LATE TONIGHT. LIGHT DRIZZLE...FREEZING DRIZZLE OR LIGHT
SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY SUNDAY MORNING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE AND NORTHERN SOUTH PLAINS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW...SLEET AND ICE ARE EXPECTED SUNDAY AND
MONDAY. THIS WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ACROSS THE REGION. THE
ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE MAINLY LIGHT...BUT MAY REQUIRE ADVISORIES FOR
SOME AREAS. IN ADDITION...A VERY COLD AIR MASS WILL SETTLE IN
ACROSS THE AREA AND WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE SINGLE
DIGITS SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING.
