PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

FLOODING

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY...FAVORING THE SOUTHERN
TEXAS PANHANDLE THIS MORNING...WITH THE BEST CHANCES SHIFTING
SOUTHWARD TO THE SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS BY LATE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND MINOR FLOODING.
