PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON GENERALLY ALONG AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 27. THE
ENVIRONMENT SHOULD FAVOR HIGH-BASED SUPERCELL THUNDERSTORMS
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY LARGE HAIL AND SOME DOWNBURSTS. FARTHER
WEST...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS AND THE FAR SOUTHWEST TEXAS
PANHANDLE. ADDITIONAL WILDFIRE CONCERNS MAY REDEVELOP ON SATURDAY
OVER MUCH OF THE SOUTH PLAINS...WITH A THREAT FOR MORE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS GENERALLY EAST OF THE CAPROCK ESCARPMENT.
