PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

FIRE WEATHER

WARM...DRY AND BREEZY WINDS WILL RESULT IN A PERIOD OF ELEVATED TO
BRIEFLY CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE
WORST COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITIES WILL BE OFF
THE CAPROCK...WHERE A FIRE DANGER STATEMENT IS IN EFFECT FROM
MIDDAY UNTIL 8 PM.
