PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

UNSEASONABLY COOL AIR WITH NORTHEAST WINDS APPROACHING 30 MPH AT
TIMES WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION ON FRIDAY BEHIND A STRONG COLD
FRONT. THIS FRONT WILL BRING THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES OF THE
SEASON SO FAR TO THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA. MANY LOCATIONS ARE
EXPECTED TO SEE LOWS IN THE 40S BY SATURDAY MORNING. PERSONS
ATTENDING OUTDOOR EVENTS FRIDAY EVENING SHOULD PLAN AND DRESS
