CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS
THE CAPROCK SATURDAY AFTERNOON. A RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED
FOR THIS AREA. AN ENHANCED FIRE DANGER IS ALSO EXPECTED SUNDAY
AFTERNOON SOUTH OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE. STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS ARE
EXPECTED SUNDAY EVENING.
