MAINLY THE ROLLING PLAINS. MOISTURE LEVELS ARE SUFFICIENT FOR THE
STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS TO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
SMALL HAIL.
