PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

ANY STORM WHICH FORMS THIS AFTERNOON WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO
BECOME STRONG WITH HAIL TO THE SIZE OF PENNIES AND WIND GUSTS TO 50
MPH.  AREAS EAST OF THE US 385 CORRIDOR WILL HAVE THE BEST CHANCE OF
SEEING STORMS THIS AFTERNOON.
