WORST CONDITIONS WILL BE ACROSS MUCH OF THE SOUTHERN PANHANDLE...
CENTRAL AND NORTHERN SOUTH PLAINS AND NORTHERN ROLLING PLAINS...
WHERE A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 6 PM. ELSEWHERE...
