PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

CONVECTIVE

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS
THE SOUTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE AND WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS THIS
AFTERNOON BEFORE ADVANCING SLOWLY SOUTHEASTWARD INTO THIS EVENING.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL...WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH AND SMALL HAIL.
