PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

A FEW BRIEFLY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY TONIGHT. THESE STORMS COULD HAVE HAIL APPROACHING ONE INCH
IN DIAMETER WITH LOCAL WIND GUSTS OVER 50 MPH.
