THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

CONVECTIVE

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON
WITH THE ARRIVAL OF AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM. THE INITIAL

LIKELY GRADUALLY INCREASE IN STRENGTH AS THEY PROGRESS EASTWARD
INTO A MORE SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT. THE GREATEST CHANCES FOR SEVERE
WEATHER WILL EXIST FROM ROUGHLY THE VICINITY OF THE CAPROCK
ESCARPMENT AND EASTWARD INTO THE ROLLING PLAINS. A FEW OF THE

OUT...HOWEVER...THE LIKELIHOOD OF THIS OCCURRING APPEARS TO BE
