If you have observed one of these events, please relay this information to the National Weather Service.
If you believe the severe weather event is time critical information, such as a tornado on the ground,
that could potentially save lives, relay your report via phone to your local county or parish emergency management
office, sheriff's office or 911 center. Ask them to relay the information to the National Weather Service Office in Slidell.
Also, you can call the NWS in Slidell directly at telephone 985-649-0357.
Otherwise, you can fill out the form below concerning the severe weather event.
Also let us know if you have observed flash flooding, especially if water is flowing over a major road or highway,
or damage to trees or structures such as houses, buildings, barns, cars, and power lines.
