NOTE: THE DATA SHOWN HERE ARE PRELIMINARY....AND SUBJECT TO UPDATES
AND CORRECTIONS AS APPROPRIATE.

THE REPORT INCLUDES EVENTS THAT OCCURRED AS THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL
STORM BONNIE MOVED THROUGH SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA.  ALL WATCHES AND 
WARNINGS WERE DISCONTINUED BEFORE THE REMNANT LOW MOVED INLAND.  NO
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS OR WIND GUSTS WERE OBSERVED EITHER BEFORE
THE WATCHES AND WARNINGS WERE DISCONTINUED OR AS THE REMNANT LOW 
MOVED ACROSS THE AREA.

REMARKS: 
TYLERTOWN AND FRANKLINTON WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TROPICAL STORM
WIND WATCH OR TROPICAL STORM WIND WARNING AT ANY TIME.  HOWEVER...THE
RAINFALL TOTALS WERE NOTABLE AND ARE INCLUDED HERE.

HEAVY RAIN WAS ALSO REPORTED IN WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH...MAINLY IN
THE CITY OF BRUSLY.  THE RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL TOTALS IN THIS AREA
TOPPED 7 INCHES...MOST OF WHICH FELL ON THE 25TH. MINOR FLOODING OF 
SEVERAL HOMES AND OTHER BUILDINGS WAS REPORTED.

ON THE SECOND LINE OF THE ENTRY.
