ARLENE MOVED THROUGH THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO BEFORE MAKING 
LANDFALL IN THE EXTREME WESTERN FLORIDAY PANHANDLE.  DATA IN THE 
REPORT ARE PRELIMINARY AND WILL BE UPDATED AS NEW INFORMATION BECOMES
