Here's our JULY WINNER that occurred on the Kemper/Noxubee County line in the afternoon of the 8th. The storm was massive in height with 55dBz up to 45,000 feet located about 100 miles from the radar. The VILs of 70+ and echo tops of 61,000 feet were accompanied by quite a weak echo region on the inflow side of the storm. Fortunately, as is the case with most summertime storms, the forward motion was rather slow toward the southeast.
