Hurricane Katrina Tornado Damage

Kemper County, MS

1239 PM Monday August 29th...Kemper and Neshoba Counties...the tornado (damage above) moved from 4 miles west of Damascus to 3 miles south of Deweese...damage was limited to trees and powerlines...3 mile path length and 50 yard width...F1 damage

1221 PM Monday August 29th...Lauderdale and Kemper Counties...this tornado (damage not pictured) developed along highway 493, 5 miles west of Daleville and moved northwest to near the Kemper County line...numerous trees were snapped and uprooted...some of which caused some minor damage to outbuildings...2.5 mile path length and 50 yard width...F1 damage
