When wind shifts (cold fronts, warm fronts, sea breezes, and prefrontal trofs) are expected. Usually a time period will be noted for that zone:

• late morning
• 10am-noon
• late today
• 3pm-6pm
• early morning
• 6am-9am
• late morning
• 10am-noon
• early afternoon
• noon-3pm
• late afternoon
• 3-6pm
• early evening
• 6-9pm
• late evening
• 9pm-midnight
• midnight
• early tonight
• 9pm-midnight
• late tonight
• midnight - 3am
