The National Weather Service, the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, and the Mississippi Civil Defense and Emergency Management Association have recognized the following communities as StormReady. Officials from these communities have met the requirements of having multiple ways of receiving severe weather watches and warnings, monitoring the local weather, locally disseminating severe weather watches and warnings in multiple ways, and conducting effective public outreach campaigns.
