FROM THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ROCKIES. BOTH THE ETA AND NGM AMPLIFY THIS TROUGH ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS ON FRIDAY...WITH
THE ETA BEING A LITTLE FASTER ON MOVING THE VORT MAX EAST TO EASTERN KANSAS BY 03/00Z. UPPER LEVEL FLOW WILL BACK ACROSS
