Figure 1.  This is a composite map of the severe weather reports for the 24-hour period ending at 12 UTC 7 April 2003.   The WFO Jackson County Warning Area (CWA) includes extreme southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and central Mississippi, and it is shaded in yellow.  Damage was concentrated over central portions of the CWA, however, an isolated tornadic supercell was responisble for reports indicated in southern Mississippi.
