A Broken Record of Broken Records

An unseasonably warm weather pattern set up across the Tennessee Valley during the middle of April. In many cases, this weather pattern was a record-breaker, with the recording sites at the Huntsville International Airport and Northwest Alabama Regional Airport in Muscle Shoals setting multiple records between April 15th and April 20th. At Muscle Shoals, at least one record was broken for 4 consecutive days, from the 17th through the 20th.

A list of the broken records and their dates follows. (Note: "High Low" indicates that the low temperature for that day was the warmest low temperature on record.)
