Tornado Safety in Schools Brochure & Poster (350kb PDF file) - The National Weather Service and local officials collaborated to bring comprehensive information to local schools on how to prepare for a tornado and what to do when a warning is issued. "Significant Event" Posters - We have created posters for several significant weather events that have affected the Tennessee Valley, from the 1989 Huntsville tornado to the 1993 "Storm of the Century".
