2005 Hurricane Season (so far)

the 3 most active Atlantic basin seasons from the 1851-2004 period. This year's season is also shown (in green)
through October 24th for comparison purposes. With Tropical Storm Alpha...2005 becomes the most active
season on record with 22 storms. This title was previously held by the 1933 season which saw 21 named storms
develop.
