SATURDAY...

...UPDATED 100-DEGREE DAY TOTALS THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

A VERY STRONG UPPER LEVEL RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
EASTWARD OVER THE WEEKEND. THIS FEATURE WILL BRING INTENSE HEAT
TO SOUTHEAST TEXAS. HIGH TEMPERATURES FRIDAY...SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
WILL BE THE HOTTEST OF THIS VERY HOT SUMMER. CURRENT PARAMETERS
ARE POINTING TO HIGH TEMPERATURES POTENTIALLY EXCEEDING 109 DEGREES
AT COLLEGE STATION ON FRIDAY AND AGAIN SATURDAY. THE HIGH
TEMPERATURE AT HOUSTON COULD EXCEED 107 DEGREES ON FRIDAY AND
AGAIN SATURDAY.
