E. BEACH EROSION...MINOR. WATER GOT UP TO THE DUNES BUT LITTLE ADDITIONAL
   DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE BEACHES BEYOND WHAT CLAUDETTE HAD ALREADY DONE
   IN JULY.

F. FLOODING...RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 8 TO 15 INCHES      
   FROM BOLIVER PENINSULA NORTHWARD OVER CHAMBERS AND PORTIONS OF LIBERTY
   COUNTIES. SOME ROADS IN THE AREA HAD WATER OVER THEM. A           
   SECONDARY AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS NOTED OVER SOUTHERN 
   MATAGORDA COUNTY WHERE RADAR ESTIMATED 6 TO 12 INCHES OF 
   RAIN WITH THE MAJORITY OF THIS RAIN FALLING EARLY MONDAY 
   MORNING AFTER LANDFALL OF THE STORM ON SUNDAY MORNING. THE CORP
   OF ENGINEERS AT MATAGORDA RIVER LOCKS REPORTED 9 INCHES OF 
   RAIN BETWEEN 2AM AND 8AM MONDAY MORNING. SEVERAL ROADS
   FLOODED AND WATER DID ENTER INTO SEVERAL HOMES.          

G. TORNADOES...A WATERSPOUT FORMED OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO JUST SOUTH
   OF PIRATES BEACH ON THE WEST END OF GALVESTON ISLAND. THE         
   WATERSPOUT DISSIPATED BEFORE MOVING ONSHORE. 

H. STORM EFFECTS...VOLUNTARY EVACUATIONS TOOK PLACE ON BOLIVER PENINSULA...
   WEST END OF GALVESTON ISLAND...SURFSIDE AND QUINTANA BEACH AREAS IN 
   BRAZORIA COUNTY AND SARGENT AND MATAGORDA BEACHES IN MATAGORDA COUNTY.
