SENDING IN YOUR B-91/B-92/B-83a FORMS

All forms should be sent on the first day of the new month but no later than the 5th of the new month. Addressed and stamped envelopes are provided to you to help with this process and ensure quick processing. As soon as we receive all of the forms, we mail them to the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) where they process and archive the forms. These forms then get published in various formats for all types of use including governmental, agriculture, public and private uses. On time submission of reports ensures a timely flow of information to NCDC so that they can proceed with their processing and archiving and produce a quality product for publication.
