| 12th | 1899 - The low temperature Fort Worth dropped to -8°F for an all time low; the sea level pressure reached 31.00"Hg, which set a record for the month of February and was the 4th highest pressure on record. The low of -5°F Waco tied their all time low. The low temperature of -23°F Tulia tied the all time coldest temperature for the state of Texas. |
