AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MORRISTOWN TN
1029 AM EDT THU JUL 2 2015

.DISCUSSION...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS THE AREA AT
THE MOMENT...AND LOOKS LIKE TODAY WILL BE A RATHER WET DAY. CLOUDS
AND PRECIPITATION SHOULD HELP TO LIMIT INSTABILITY AND THE SEVERE
THREAT...ALTHOUGH ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS CANNOT BE RULED OUT
ESPECIALLY IF ANY AREAS ARE ABLE TO SEE A LITTLE SUNSHINE. BIGGER
CONCERN CONTINUES TO BE THE POSSIBILITY OF FLOODING. FLOODING
THREAT STILL LOOKS MORE ISOLATED IN NATURE...SO NO FLOOD WATCH AT
THIS TIME...BUT CERTAINLY WILL BEAR CLOSE MONITORING AS THE
SITUATION CONTINUES TO DEVELOP. OVERALL CURRENT FORECAST FOR TODAY
LOOKS REASONABLE.
