AT 328 PM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE REPORTED ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR SUMMERTOWN TO NEAR ADRIAN...AND MOVING EAST
AT 25 MPH.

  HAZARD...WINDS 40 TO 50 MPH AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.

  IMPACT...PEOPLE OUTDOORS SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. EXPECT
           MINOR DAMAGE TO TREE LIMBS AND BLOWING AROUND OF
           LIGHT...UNSECURED OBJECTS. ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES SHOULD
