* TIMING...9 AM THROUGH 7 PM

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES. UNSECURED OUTDOOR ITEMS SUCH AS TRASH CANS AND
  LAWN FURNITURE MAY BE BLOWN AROUND. WITH SOILS WET FROM THE
  RECENT RAINFALL...THESE WINDS COULD DOWN TREES AND LARGE LIMBS.
